All returns require a Return Authorization Number obtained from customer service. Products must be returned in a separate shipping box, keeping original packaging intact. Items with defaced or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

Unopened, sealable toner cartridges may be returned within 30 days at the customer's expense, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Components and specialty orders such as fuser units, transfer units, and maintenance kits are non-returnable and cannot be canceled.
